Bosch Sensortec signs distribution agreement with leading Japanese distributor
Bosch Sensortec announced that the company has signed a distribution agreement with the Japanese distributor Global Electronics Corporation (GEC).
GEC will use its engineering and marketing know how to market actively the product portfolio of Bosch Sensortec in Asia and to further expand the presence of Bosch Sensortec in the Japanese consumer electronics industry, especially in major growth areas such as handheld devices and GPS. The Japanese company has long-standing experience in the sensor industry and in co-operating with important Asian manufacturers of consumer electronics. "Bosch Sensortec is proud that its products meet the demands of Global Electronics and its customer base in Asian, US and European hi-tech industries. We are thus delighted to have such a strong distribution partner on board," said Dr. Frank Melzer, CEO Bosch Sensortec.
