Advantest to showcase latest test solutions at Microelectronics UK
Advantest’s product display will be located at booth #B21 in Hall N14, where attendees can explore Advantest's latest semiconductor test solutions that help customers meet the performance and scalability demands of next-generation devices. This will include the company’s flagship V93000 EXA Scale SoC Test System, which offers a flexible, scalable and cost-efficient test platform that addresses industry challenges and enables sophisticated applications such as Artificial Intelligence (AI), high-performance compute (HPC), Power Management ICs (PMICs), RF Devices, Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS), and more. The display will also showcase the company’s solutions for silicon photonics, near-package optics (NPO), and co-packaged optics (CPO) devices, including the V93000-TRITONÔ test cell that was collaboratively developed with FormFactor to support high-volume manufacturing. Visitors can also learn about the specialized test development and application services offered by Salland, an Advantest Group Company.
The company will also participate in this year’s technical program with Bernd Heckl, applications consultant, Advantest Europe GmbH, presenting a company overview at the Discovery Stage on Wednesday, September 30, at 10 a.m.
