Obducat receives order valued at €1.5 million
OBDUCAT AB (pub) subsidiary Obducat Europe GmbH, a leading supplier of system solutions for lithography processing, has received an order from a customer in Europe, for the supply of a fully automated and highly customized Wet Processing Tool. The order value amounts to approx. 16 million SEK.(€1.5 million) The order value will be included in the second quarter's order intake 2022.
The tool will be installed in an existing semiconductor fab facility and will be used in a combined wet process- and wafer test application. Further information cannot be disclosed at this point in time.
The tool will be delivered in the second quarter 2023.
