Adeia signs agreements with Kioxia and Western Digital
Kioxia Corporation, a world leader in flash memory and solid-state drives, and Western Digital, a global leader in data storage solutions, have entered into long-term agreements to license Adeia’s semiconductor patent portfolio, including those relating to hybrid bonding.
