Trelleborg Sealing Solutions, a leading developer, manufacturer and supplier of precision seals, bearings and custom-molded polymer components, names Gregory Jones Business Unit President of Industrial Americas.

Juergen Bosch, Trelleborg Sealing Solutions Business Area President, says: “Greg has a long-standing career at Trelleborg in sales and engineering and a strong track record of success. He will build upon the established foundation in Industrial Americas, leading the team to its next level of performance by providing value-added technical solutions and exceptional customer experience.”

Jones has been a leader at Trelleborg for almost three decades. Throughout his tenure, he has built and developed several successful sales and engineering teams. Most recently, he spearheaded global alignment for Trelleborg’s aerospace business unit with a strategic focus on both original equipment manufacturers and maintenance, repair and operations opportunities to drive customer value. He has also helped identify numerous acquisition targets and successfully integrate them into the Trelleborg business model.

“It’s an honor to step into this new role and lead a talented group of people in pursuit of customer-focused sales excellence,” said Jones. “As we navigate an increasingly complex industrial landscape, our focus will center on delivering segment-specific engineered solutions, building strong client relationships and driving sustainable growth through innovation and collaboration.”

Jones takes over from Heather Martin as she becomes Vice President for Global Market Strategy and Development for Trelleborg Medical Solutions. Jones was most recently the Vice President of Global Sales for Trelleborg Sealing Solutions Aerospace. He has been with the organization since 1997. Jones has a Bachelor of Arts in molecular, cellular and developmental biology and biochemistry, and a master’s in business administration and entrepreneurship from the University of Colorado.
