DuPont Air Products NanoMaterials confident in infringement case
The company is pleased with interim ruling in patent infringement case against Cabot Microelectronics.
DuPont Air Products NanoMaterials remains confident in its legal positions following a Markman ruling as part of the patent infringement lawsuit with Cabot Microelectronics Corporation, currently under way in the U.S. District Court for the District of Arizona.
The Markman ruling by the Court is an interim pre trial ruling that did not decide the ultimate issues of the case. Notably, the Markman ruling clarifies what each side will need to prove to establish their respective allegations on invalidity and non infringement of Cabot's patents at trial. DA NanoMaterials is prepared to proceed to a full trial on the merits against Cabot.
DA NanoMaterials remains committed to its innovative and patented products, superior technology and customer service. DA NanoMaterials looks forward to defend itself against Cabot.
DuPont Air Products NanoMaterials is a joint venture between DuPont (Electronic Technologies) and Air Products and does not release its financial results.
