After formal closing of its recent acquisition of Karmiel (Israel) based Pixer Technology, Carl Zeiss SMT´s semiconductor metrology systems division (SMS) presents its suite of closed loop product solutions at Semicon Europa (Stuttgart, Germany) and SPIE/BACUS Photomask Symposium (Monterey, CA).
