ASML Transfers Micralign To BSL
ASML transferred all assets and rights of its Micralign Product Line to Beta Squared Lithography, Inc., on July 1st, 2012.
It's a natural fit for BSL to take on the "OEM" label.
This move by ASML is to ensure that Micralign customers will continue to receive the highest quality service, parts, upgrades and training for many years to come. In so doing, BSL now becomes the "OEM" provider of all things Micralign, including machines, parts, and ASML Mercury Arc Lamps.
Beta Squared Lithography, Inc. is a supplier of refurbished Micralign Projection Mask Aligners. Headquartered in Brookfield, CT, USA, BSL has a full-service repair facility for many of the repairable parts of the Micralign. These services span electrical electronic board repair, optics stripping /re-coating/alignment and mechanical repair/alignment.
