Ex TI & ON Semiconductor Pro To Boost Sales At SEMICOA

SEMICOA, manufacturer of Rad-Hard semiconductor devices, has appointed Sri Jandhyala to the position of Vice President, Sales and Marketing.

Jandhyala, an 18-year veteran in the semiconductor industry, will be responsible for growing sales in various SEMICOA market segments and supervising sales and marketing strategies.

"Sri's experience and expertise will be a great asset to SEMICOA's market expansion of Hi-Rel and Rad-Hard products," says Ramesh Ramchandani, President, SEMICOA. "Sri's vast knowledge of marketing, business development, and end markets will enhance our sales and marketing strategies and focus on sales growth."

Before joining SEMICOA, Jandhyala was at ON Semiconductor most recently as a Product Line Director. He started his career at Texas Instruments as an Applications Engineer. Over a 9-year period, he held positions in the Design-for-Test and Strategic Marketing areas. In his last role at TI, Jandhyala was responsible for growing the Mixed-Signal ASIC business in Automotive for the US, Japan and China.

After TI, Jandhyala joined ON Semiconductor where he has held roles of increasing responsibility. The positions included Director of the Automotive Segment in Corporate Marketing, and Product Line Director for Medium & High Voltage MOSFETs where he helped double the revenues during his tenure.

"I am looking forward to expanding SEMICOA's reach into the semiconductor marketplace," said Sri Jandhyala. "This is an exciting time for SEMICOA, who for years provided our industry with hi-rel transistor devices and now is rapidly moving into MOSFETs."

Jandhyala is the co-author of 8 publications and over 70 citations. He has published papers for the IEEE VLSI Test Symposium, International Conference on Computer Science, IEEE/SEMI Conference, International Test Conference, among many others. Subjects ranged from Energy Efficient Trends, Challenges and Opportunities, Defect Localisation and Clustering Based Techniques.

He holds a BSEE, an MSEE from Colorado State University and an MBA in Strategy and Marketing from the University of Texas at Austin.

Founded in 1968, SEMICOA Corp. designs and develops high reliability, RAD-HARD bi-polar transistors and power MOSFETs for military, space, industrial and commercial markets.
