Semtech appoints Jason Green as Executive Vice President and Chief Commercial Officer.

Semtech Corporation has appointed Jason Green as executive vice president and chief commercial officer, effective immediately. In this role, Mr. Green will lead Semtech's global sales, marketing, customer engagement, partnerships, and go-to-market strategy. He will report directly to Hong Hou, president and chief executive officer.

Mr. Green brings extensive experience in driving profitable growth and operational excellence across the semiconductor and technology industries. Most recently, he was managing partner at Stratosphere Management, where he advised Fortune 1000 companies on business transformation, operational turnarounds, and growth strategies. Previously, he led the go-to-market transformation at National Instruments (now part of Emerson) as executive vice president, chief revenue officer and business unit general manager, positioning the company as a market leader. Earlier in his career, Mr. Green spent two decades at Maxim Integrated (now part of Analog Devices), where he served as vice president of Americas sales and applications, global distribution, and strategic accounts, playing a pivotal role in scaling the company’s growth.

Mr. Green holds a business degree from the University of Florida and completed the Advanced Management Program at Harvard Business School. He also serves on the Advisory Council at the University of Texas McCombs School of Business and the board of the STEAM-focused learning organization, Thinkery.
