EVG finds new market
EV Group has installed three equipment systems at MicroEmissive Displays (MED) in Scotland, UK. The tools have been specially configured for the developer of polymer-based microdisplays. The MED sale represents a new market for EV Group.
EV Group has installed three equipment systems at MicroEmissive Displays (MED) in Scotland, UK. The tools have been specially configured for the developer of polymer-based microdisplays. The MED sale represents a new market for EV Group.
MED will use the system in the development of near-the-eye devices such as viewfinders for handy cams and digital cameras. The equipment, installed in December 2003, has been in full production since January 2004.
MED is headquartered in Edinburgh, Scotland, at the Scottish Microelectronics Centre (SMC) - a base for leading-edge technology R&D companies.
