Acting CEO Dr John Macneil says: “We are seeing improvements in the sales environment for Trikon and are confident that our bookings in Q2 will show a significant improvement over Q1.”
The company says that it will be reviewing its cost base during Q2. Steps to lower expenses will include reduced employee levels. The company hopes to cut $4.0-4.5mn in annual spending. Macneil describes his “key short-term object” as being to return the company to profitability.
