The Most Respected Public Fabless Company award went to Broadcom, while Cavium Networks won the Most Respected Private Fabless Company accolade.
Qualcomm CDMA Technologies meanwhile was chosen as the Best Financially Managed Company.
Other winners included Frontier Silicon (Fabless Start-Up to Watch award), Nvidia and SiRF Technology (both Favourite Fabless Picks).
Nvidia CEO and president Jen-Hsun Huang won the Dr Morris Chang Exemplary Leadership Award (named after the legendary cofounder of world number one foundry TSMC).
