Carmel Vernia has resigned as chairman chief executive officer of Israeli pure-play wafer foundry Tower Semiconductor.
Carmel Vernia has resigned as chairman chief executive officer of Israeli pure-play wafer foundry Tower Semiconductor.
He will remain a director of the company and has agreed to stay on in his current post until a replacement is found.
Vernia said that he wanted to step down in order to pursue other interests.
