Dr Ben Tsai has joined Japanese semiconductor giant Tokyo Electron (TEL) as senior executive officer for technology.
Dr Ben Tsai has joined Japanese semiconductor giant Tokyo Electron (TEL) as senior executive officer for technology.
Formerly group vice president and chief technology officer with KLATencor, Tsai will be responsible for developing technology for the next generation of semiconductor products and applications.
"I am very pleased that Dr Tsai has joined the TEL executive management team," said TEL COO Ken Sato.
"His breadth of knowledge and experience in the semiconductor industry are invaluable and he will be an integral leader to help guide our future innovations."
