France's National Center for Scientific Research (CNRS) has ordered a GEN II molecular beam epitaxy (MBE) system from Veeco Instruments.
France's National Center for Scientific Research (CNRS) has ordered a GEN II molecular beam epitaxy (MBE) system from Veeco Instruments. The GEN II high mobility growth chamber and control system will be integrated with a competitive MBE system to improve CNRS's ability to grow high mobility GaAs-based electronic devices. Veeco has more than 225 of its GEN II systems operational.
