X-FAB Semiconductor Foundries, headquartered in Germany, reports all-time high quarterly sales at EUR36.0mn in Q2 2004. This is a 26% increase on Q2 2003. Net income was EUR1.6mn, compared with a loss of EUR0.5mn in Q2 2003. Bookings in the quarter amounted to EUR44.7mn and the book-to-bill ratio was 1.24.
