UPDATE: EV Group CEO and CFO step down
EV Group chief executive Peter Podesser and chief financial officer Peter Hoffmann have resigned as a result of a difference of opinion with the Austrian company’s family owners
EV Group chief executive Peter Podesser and chief financial officer Peter Hoffmann have resigned as a result of a difference of opinion with the Austrian company’s family owners.
Management of the EV Group has been transferred to DI and Aya Maria Thallner, the company’s founders and owners.
In a statement, the company said: "The new executive Board of EV Group is committed to continue the cooperative relationship with [customers] and will furthermore position EV Group as competent business partner for innovative solutions."
The EV Group supplies wafer processing equipment to semiconductor makers. It is also one of the leaders in the emerging technology of nanoimprinting.
