Electronic Micro Systems was founded in 1984, and has been building and designing R&D equipment for the Electronics Industry.
We manufacture a line of Spin Coaters, Hot Plates, Spin Developers, for Photo Resist imaging. Our Spinners, associated equipment and accessories, are commonly used for R&D, and experimental production use.
EMS coating systems rotate a silicone wafer or substrate using centrifugal force to spread a liquid evenly. A Precision Hot Plate can be used to cure the liquid.

British Aerospace, IBM ,CDT, Micron Semiconductor, Southampton Photonics, Cookson Speciality Coating Systems USA, University of Southampton, Oxford University, Cambridge University, and many other well known companies and research establishments.
