Matheson Tri-Gas, Inc., and Special Gas Systems Technology Group form Alliance
Parsippany, NJ, - August 23, 2005 - Matheson Tri-Gas, Inc., announced today that it has signed an agreement with Special Gas Systems Technology Group, a leader in specialty gas fill plant design and installation, to offer specialty gas filling equipment and services to its ENABLESM Process Approved Distributors. Special Gas Systems Technology Group is located in Durham, NC and is a division of the Specialty Gas Group (SGG), Warren, NJ.

Special Gas Systems Technology Group is located in Durham, NC and is a division of the Specialty Gas Group (SGG), Warren, NJ.
"We have formed an alliance with SGG to offer our ENABLESM Distributors the consulting services, plant design and equipment necessary to produce Matheson Tri-Gas® Process Approved gases. We looked at many vendors and chose SGG because of their outstanding quality and reputation in the industry, as well as their reputation for excellent follow-up service," stated Mary Smickenbecker, Vice President Marketing, Matheson Tri-Gas.
"This Technology Alliance between Matheson Tri-Gas and SGG provides distributors with an effective avenue to grow a successful specialty gas business," stated Ray Borzio, Vice President/Technical Director, The Specialty Gas Group. "Together, we can now offer ENABLESM Distributors a complete line of products and services to help them improve their bottom line."
