The manufacturing site has been certified to the ISO 9001:2000 quality management systems standard. Material production takes place in a clean room environment and uses practices in clean manufacturing, quality, safety and environmental protection. Silecs utilises advanced computer controlled reactors to achieve high standards of material quality and batch-to-batch consistency. Up to date filtration, filling and packaging practices are utilised in a class 10 clean room environment to achieve the lowest possible particle levels, meeting even the most stringent industry standards.
"We added this new capacity to support key semiconductor customers in their production ramp-up schedules" said William McLaughlin, Director of Operations at Silecs, Inc."
