Study on semiconductor industry, a first for India

The reports will be launched officially in February 2006 and will provide detailed insights into the potential of the Indian semiconductor market. The reports will also evaluate the growing manpower needs of the industry and address the overall competitiveness of the sector. The reports will be the first authentic source of information on the rapidly growing semiconductor space in the country.

Commenting on the report, Poornima Shenoy, President of India Semiconductor Association said, “The reports, brought out in association with Frost & Sullivan will be invaluable for all players, both domestic and international and will provide detailed insights into the current demand, investment opportunities and employment opportunities in this industry.
