FSA, SEMI and SICA presentation partnership

As IC design technologies advance rapidly, a company's success depends upon collaboration on a global scale. The need to identify the right partners for advanced design, global strategic positioning and seamless customer service networks has become crucial for future success. Understanding this, FSA will join forces with SEMI and SICA to present the IC Design Suppliers Pavilion in conjunction with the prominent exhibition, SEMICON China 2006.

The collaboration of FSA, SEMI and SICA aims to facilitate the relationship between fabless companies and their supplier partners and works to bring the global supply chain together. The new pavilion will feature suppliers that offer products and services to the IC design/fabless semiconductor industry and represent the "Total Manufacturing Solution." Participants can leverage this opportunity to meet face-to-face with industry professionals from around the world.

"For over 10 years, FSA has been the voice of the global fabless business model, with the mission to provide a platform for meaningful global collaboration between fabless companies and their partners," said Jodi Shelton, executive director of FSA. "We are excited about this collaboration among FSA, SEMI and SICA and believe this event leverages the strengths of three organisations to significantly benefit the global semiconductor industry."

"We are pleased to extend our relationship with FSA in a way that allows SEMICON China to provide even greater value to the Chinese semiconductor community," said Mark Ding, president of SEMI China. "The IC Design Suppliers Pavilion is particularly beneficial as IC design technology continues to advance, and it becomes increasingly more important for companies to identify the right partners for advanced design, global marketing and distribution services."
