PI (Physik Instrumente) L.P. has received a United States patent for its development of an innovative means of increasing resolution in existing digital analogue (D/A) converters, without additional hardware.
PI (Physik Instrumente) L.P. has received a United States patent for its development of an innovative means of increasing resolution in existing digital analogue (D/A) converters, without additional hardware. The technology enables PI to provide higher resolution piezo-driven nanopositioning devices at a lower cost.
