PDF Solutions, opens office in China
PDF Solutions, Inc. recently marked its most recent geographic expansion with the grand opening of its office in Shanghai, China.
The new office, the company's first one in China, will open with a staff of 23 engineers who will assist in providing services to the country's integrated device manufacturers (IDMs) and foundries engaged with PDF Solutions on yield ramp improvements.
"PDF Solutions is pleased to now provide its solutions locally to customers in China," said John Kibarian, president and CEO of PDF Solutions. "Initially, the purpose of this office is to be the Centre of Excellence for analysis of data from our proprietary Characterization Vehicle test chips. Establishing this office shows the strength of our commitment to our customers -- and the semiconductor industry -- in China."
