Partnership to Help X-Ray metrology solutions in Korea
OpenDream is well positioned in Korean with a strong background in semiconductor metrology.

Besides their emphasis in film metrology, OpenDream also specializes in metal contamination, adhesion, wafer thickness and stress related products and processes. They will provide sales, service and applications support for Jordan Valley; the agreement goes into effect immediately.
