LTX Announces X-Series test system purchased by Dongbu Electronics
LTX Corporation has announced the purchase of its X-Series Fusion EX test system by Dongbu Electronics, Korean based pure-play semiconductor foundry. Dongbu will utilize the EX in its Buchon, Korea facility for wafer level testing of advanced automotive and SOC devices.
