On behalf of one India's largest starch companies, the Technology Transfer Centre is seeking partners (SMEs, academic researchers, corporations) for mutually beneficial collaborative projects.

On behalf of one India's largest starch companies, the Technology Transfer Centre is seeking partners (SMEs, academic researchers, corporations) for mutually beneficial collaborative projects.

The client, who specialize in Tapioca starch and modified starches is interested in: Re-engineering starch nano particles to the size of 50 – 150 nm levels to make products suitable for various applications. They are looking for solutions in paper coating and adhesives, and specialty food products using nano starches.

 They are also seeking newer and innovative applications but only on nanoparticles of starches. One example that has been developed is starch based natural latex that could be a substitute of synthetic petroleum based latex that replaces PVA, PVOH and SBR.
