Applied Materials ships 250th Vantage System
Applied Materials has announced the shipment of its 250th Applied Vantage RTP system.
The system¹s design has contributed to its productivity allowing it achieve
>90% availability with a competitive mechanical throughput of >95 wafers
>per hour in a highly compact footprint.
