AP&S International is continuing to focus attention on its headquarters in Donaueschingen/Aasen in Germany.

AP&S International is continuing to focus attention on its headquarters in Donaueschingen/Aasen in Germany. Approximately 1.2 million euro has been invested in the reconstruction and enlargement of office space for its 60 employees so far.

At the celebratory open house held in conjunction with the eighteen month anniversary of the companies location in the town of Aasen (Germany) the CEO's of AP&S Alexandra Laufer and Horst Hall offered facility tours and presentations to business partners and interested visitors. AP&S is continuing its expansion plan with a growing work force. Over the last four years the team has progressed from 20 to 65 employees worldwide with subsidiaries in Singapore and China as well as close sales co-operations with international partners in South Korea, Taiwan, Japan, Italy, France and the UK being established.

"With a target of 10 million Euro to hit for wet process by the end of 2007 this can only be achieved through innovative and competitive products", says Horst Hall, CEO of AP&S.

"It is only through the skill and hard work of our employees that we can achieve quality products and provide good services to our customers. Therefore we took our staff into great consideration during the planning of the 1.300 sqm expansion. The new offices were designed according to the "Joyn" - System, which means team members work together for the duration of a project at one work station. This type of workplace layout guarantees effectiveness and communication," says Alexandra Laufer, CEO of AP&S. In addition the building complies with all the current security standards. "Which is vital when working in a high-tech environment."

The expansion of the office premises is important for current and future product development. The new AP&S building also houses a training facility for both employees and customers. The visitors who attended the opening were able to sample the training facilities and learn about apprenticeship opportunities. Visitors were also received with a presentation from the CEO Horst Hall on globalisation and what can we expect in the future with site tours running in parallel.
