A production Laser Annealing System for distribution within Europe has been developed by combining the laser and optics technology of INNOVAVENT with the know how of MACROTRON in semiconductor applications, marketing and system integration technology.
A production Laser Annealing System for distribution within Europe has been developed by combining the laser and optics technology of INNOVAVENT with the know how of MACROTRON in semiconductor applications, marketing and system integration technology.The focus is directed towards activation of implants for power devices like IGBT´s (insulated gate bipolar transistors), Power MOS devices as well as towards recrystallization of silicon for wafer and solar cell processing.
