Vistec Reorganizes Its Electron Beam Lithography Business
With broad experience gathered over more than 40 years, Vistec Electron Beam and Vistec Lithography are leading developers, manufacturers and providers of electron beam lithography systems. The two companies serve the semiconductor, compound semiconductor, micro-optical and related markets for both advanced industrial and R&D applications.
In order to better meet their customers' requirements and improve synergy across the organization, it has been decided to realign the two existing companies. As such, the newly established Vistec Electron Beam Lithography Group will be lead by Dr. Jai Hakhu, President of the new group. A new Global Sales, Marketing and Service structure will be introduced and will be managed by Maarten Kramer.
Based on the core competencies of the Gaussian Beam business, the new establishment of the former Cambridge, UK operation in Albany, NY will continue as previously announced in earlier press releases.
The Shaped Beam business will continue to operate in Jena, Germany, cooperating closely with their colleagues in the New York area.
Vistec's Management remains deeply committed to strengthen the company's electron beam lithography business.
