This tool marks the breakthrough into this market segment by Bede and further cements Bede’s leadership in X-ray metrology solutions for advanced process.

The selection of the BedeMetrix-F ahead of other competing X-Ray Metrology vendors came as a result of detailed benchmarking by this customer.
