Hynix to collaborate with Nanosys
Both companies have joined to work on Nanosys' Memory Technology Access Programme (M-TAP).
Nanosys, announced that Hynix Semiconductor, has joined Nanosys' M-TAP. Hynix will collaborate with Nanosys to apply Nanosys' quantum dot flash memory technologies for NAND based flash memory. To improve the performance and continued scaling capabilities, Nanosys has developed its flash technologies for a large scale of NAND based flash memory designs. Companies who take part in M-TAP apply technology solutions appropriately for current and next generations of memory equipment.
