Swagelok Company acquires Coreflex
The company acquires a hose products manufacturer to broaden its portfolio
Swagelok Company announced that it has completed its acquisition of the assets of Coreflex. Located in Bowie, Maryland, Coreflex is a manufacturer of hose products used mostly in semiconductor, biopharmaceutical, and other demanding applications. Terms of the agreement were not disclosed.
The Coreflex product line broadens the Swagelok Company’s portfolio of high quality hose products. “We are excited about this acquisition,” says Arthur F. Anton, Swagelok president and chief executive officer, “because these innovative hose products, combined with our network of authorised Swagelok sales and service centres, will help us provide better solutions to our customers worldwide.”
