See the invisible semiconductor world

News

Pemtron Corporation, a leading provider of advanced inspection systems and measurement solutions for the semiconductor industry, is pleased to announce its participation in SEMICON West, the premier event for the semiconductor manufacturing industry. The event will take place from July 12-14, 2023, at the Moscone Center in San Francisco, CA. Pemtron will exhibit at booth number 251 where it will feature its innovative inspection solutions for semiconductors.

Pemtron will feature three of its cutting-edge inspection systems at the event: MARS, APOLLON, and 8800WI. The team will discuss how the MARS, APOLLON, and 8800WI inspection systems are helping semiconductor manufacturers improve their quality control and achieve higher yields.

The MARS is a memory module AVI system that provides high-speed and high-precision inspection capabilities. With Pemtron’s advanced technology and image processing technology, the MARS is capable of providing accurate and reliable inspection results even in complex and challenging environments.

The APOLLON is an advanced package AVI system that provides capabilities for accommodating a variety of packages handled by the tray, such as BGA, LGA, QFN, QFP, CSP, SOP, and more. The system is capable of identifying defects in real-time and automatically generating reports, making it an essential tool for manufacturers looking to improve their efficiency and reduce downtime.

The 8800WI is a wafer inspection system that utilizes 2D and 3D imaging technologies. The system can inspect all types of bump, including micro bump, making it an excellent tool for identifying and addressing quality issues throughout the manufacturing process.

Visit Pemtron's booth #251 at SEMICON West to learn more about the MARS, APOLLON, and 8800WI inspection systems, and learn how they are helping manufacturers improve overall quality control throughout the semiconductor manufacturing process.
