PDF Solutions heads to Phoenix for SEMICON West and Connected Equipment Summit
SEMICON West runs Tuesday, October 7, through Thursday, October 9, at the Phoenix Convention Center in Phoenix, Ariz. The conference program includes PDF Solutions’ speakers, poster presenters and panel moderators including a keynote by CEO, President and Co-Founder John Kibarian.
Visitors to the PDF Solutions’ booth can see 15 technical high-quality presentations covering 10 topics about PDF Solutions’ newest advancements and product offerings shaping the future of the semiconductor industry with real-world applications. A detailed schedule can be found here.
At the PDF Solutions booth, attendees will be able to interact with a recently created complete Virtual Reality model of semiconductor manufacturing chamber equipment and associated robots based on their respective AutoCAD files. Attendees can experience interacting with the equipment through a VR headset as if conducting maintenance or going through user training. This VR model is connected to the PDF Solutions’ EquipmentTwin solution shown in the booth.

Tzu Hsuan (Sandy) Chen presents “Machine Learning Method for Yield Management and Prediction in Compound Semiconductor Manufacturing” Tuesday at 2:25 p.m. also in the Smart Manufacturing Pavilion.
Ming Zhang, Vice President of Fabless Solutions, serves as session moderator and panel facilitator for “The Convergence of Semiconductor Manufacturing and Design,” a new session on chip design in the SEMICON West program The three-hour session is Tuesday from 1 p.m. until 4 p.m. in the Manufacturing and Design Pavilion.

Connected Equipment Summit
PDF Solutions will host its inaugural Connected Equipment Summit Thursday, October 9, at the Hilton Phoenix Chandler, bringing together industry leaders from across the semiconductor ecosystem including fabs, equipment OEMs and fabless companies. The event will showcase its latest innovations in equipment connectivity, secure remote access and monitoring and the transformative applications of AI and digital twin technology in semiconductor equipment management.
