SV TCL recognized in VLSIresearch as best subsystems supplier

SV Probe Pte. Ltd. ("SV TCL"), a global supplier of high-performance probe cards and semiconductor test solutions, has announced that VLSIresearch has released a detailed white paper with additional SV TCL results from their 2017 Customer Satisfaction Survey ("CSS").

In May, SV TCL was recognized by its customers as a THE BEST Subsystems Supplier for the 5th consecutive year and, for the 4th straight year, one of the Top 3 highest-rated suppliers of Test Connectivity Systems. VLSIresearch conducts the CSS annually, collecting feedback from chip manufacturers and subsystems buyers worldwide, rating suppliers within several categories. SV TCL was awarded 4 ½ VLSI Stars this year and scored the highest in the following categories: Support After Sales, Recommend Supplier and Trust in Supplier. The white paper also covers new, previously unreleased information including quotes from SV TCL customers and an in-depth review of the company's scores in each survey category.

"It is an honor to be recognized by our customers as a THE BEST supplier," said Kevin Kurtz, President & CEO of SV TCL. "It is our objective to work closely with customers in order to provide quality, innovative test products and offer the best services before and after delivery. Each year, this recognition validates the goals we set out to accomplish - advancing our products and expanding our global sales and manufacturing network."

"SV TCL's high scores have placed them among the Top 3 Subsystems Suppliers since 2014 and they have always performed very well in comparison with their counterparts," said Dan Hutcheson, CEO of VLSIresearch. "SV TCL has once again proven that by working together with customers and continuing that close corroboration after the sale maintains strong customer relationships."
