AMD extends exchange offer for its 7.50 percent senior notes



AMD has announced that its pending offer to exchange any and all of its outstanding 7.50 percent Senior Notes due 2022, which were issued in a private placement (the "Private Notes,") for an equal principal amount of new 7.50 percent Senior Notes due 2022 that have been registered under the Securities Act of 1933, as amended, currently scheduled to expire at 5 p.m., New York City time, June 3rd, 2013, has been extended until 5 p.m., New York City time, June 7th, 2013.

Tenders with respect to approximately $499,615,000 aggregate principal amount of the Private Notes, out of a total of $500,000,000 aggregate principal amount eligible to participate in the exchange offer, have been received to date.

This release does not constitute an offer to sell or exchange any securities or a solicitation of an offer to buy or exchange any securities. The exchange offer is being made only by means of the prospectus dated May 3rd, 2013, and the exchange offer, as extended hereby, remains subject to the terms and conditions stated therein.
