Boston Semi and Teradyne make their peace

Boston Semi Equipment LLC (BSE) has resolved all outstanding litigation with Teradyne.

Teradyne has agreed to continue its business relationship with BSE by allowingt BSE the right to purchase Teradyne ATE systems, components and instruments in connection with the resale or lease of new and used Teradyne testers and options. In addition, Teradyne will repair Teradyne ATE Systems, components and instruments sold by BSE.

BSE is a semiconductor equipment company that has established a reputation as a reliable source for affordable fab tools, back end test equipment and service solutions for semiconductor manufacturers and OSATs worldwide.

The company maintains an inventory of current generation and legacy equipment that BSE¹s engineers can configure to customer specifications. BSE simplifies the equipment acquisition process with a broad range of financing solutions that facilitate the lease, rental or purchase of new and used equipment. This innovative business strategy lowers equipment costs and gives BSE's customers flexibility with their production capacity to easily respond to changing business conditions.
