Good news for Ultra Clean as 2013 Revenues revised upwardly

Subsystem supplier, Clean Holdings, Inc., has announced a revised revenue estimate for the fourth quarter of 2013, representing an increase from its previously issued guidance for the fourth quarter of fiscal 2013. The Company now expects revenue of approximately $125 million to $127 million, an increase from guidance of $120 million to $125 million issued on October 21, 2013. In addition, the Company stated that it anticipates achieving a gross profit margin of 16.5% to 17% for the quarter. The Company expects to release its fourth quarter and full year's financial results for 2013, on February 18, 2014.

Ultra Clean Holdings, Inc. is a developer and supplier of critical subsystems for the semiconductor capital equipment, flat panel, medical device, energy, research and flat panel industries. Ultra Clean offers its customers an integrated outsourced solution for gas delivery systems and other sub-assemblies, improved design-to-delivery cycle times, component neutral design and manufacturing and component testing capabilities. 

Ultra Clean's customers are primarily original equipment manufacturers.
