Thermco Systems Inks Deal with ProTemp Products
Thermco Systems, a Division of Tetreon Technologies, has announced the acquisition of ProTemp Products, Inc. subsidiary ProTemp (WUXI) Electronic Equipment Co. Ltd located in Wuxi, China.
The sale for an undisclosed amount gives Thermco Systems all of ProTemp (WUXI) Ltd.'s assets (including IP), sales and service staff as well as manufacturing rights. Thermco Systems will incorporate ProTemp Products' range of products and services into the company's own portfolio in the coming months. Michael Gray, President of ProTemp Products said "We are delighted that our customers in South East Asia will continue to be supported by an established company like Thermco Systems".
Gerry Thurgood, CEO of Thermco Systems commented "We are excited about working with ProTemp Products and their customer base in Asia. This deal is an important part of consolidating our position in the Chinese semiconductor and PV market".
